create forms

do all create forms look the same, it seems the area to ask a prompt is small always on the left side with a box to the right, which makes form input look long if you have a lot of questions.  are there any other formats you can use to collect information using tabs?

@Mary B currently you are only able to create a form.  The delivered product does not offer tabs, steps or other form navigation styles.

If you use the create issue you can create tabs in the create screen to better organize your work item fields.
