HOW DELETE MY CCOUNT

I created an account on your platform to test how the site works and did not subscribe to any plan. However, I was not satisfied with the experience and would now like to request the deletion of my account.

The message you are getting indicates you are still subscribed to Atlassian products. You need to cancel those subscriptions.

Deleting an Atlassian account is typically handled through the Atlassian account management (id.atlassian.com), rather than from within a specific Jira or Confluence project.

* Go to https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/account-preferences.
* Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the "Delete account" option.
* Click it and review the implications (e.g., data loss). Once confirmed, your account will enter a 14-day grace period before being permanently deleted.

Potential Reasons & Notes

* If your account is managed by an organization (e.g., using a work email), you might not be able to delete it yourself. You’ll need to contact your IT Admin to deactivate it via admin.atlassian.com.

* If you started a trial, ensure all site subscriptions are canceled under Billing at admin.atlassian.com before deleting the account to avoid any potential charges.

It shows the following message: “You cannot delete your account. Your account cannot be deleted because you are the last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more active entitlements, and/or one or more non-cancelled subscriptions.”

I’m not sure how to resolve this issue. I only created the account to test the platform and would now like to close it, but I’m unable to proceed with the deletion.

I would really appreciate your guidance on how to remove these restrictions so I can delete my account. Additionally, I kindly request that you ensure no charges are applied to my account.
