Hi I created an account and I want to delete it I cancelled all subscriptions and everything but still can't delete my account

What happens when you try to delete your account?
Try going to https://admin.atlassian.com
Select the Apps > Atlassian Apps page.
Did you cancel all the apps listed there?
Also try going to https://admin.atlassian.com/billing
That will show the Billing accounts to which you are associated.
Click into each one you see.
Check the Subscriptions page.
Check if there is anything listed there, and cancel it
If that doesn't help, contact Atlassian Billing Support through this page:
https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/
is that considered canceled here ?and for the billing page it is empty
