I am trying to create a new Jira Cloud site, but the creation process keeps failing with an internal server error.

Troubleshooting steps I have already tried:
- Used incognito/private window
- Cleared browser cache and cookies
- Disabled all extensions and ad blockers
- Tried multiple different site names
- Switched to mobile hotspot network
- Restarted browser and device
- Logged out and logged back in
