I clicked on the Jira Product Discovery free option to give a try and it keeps popping up something is going on with the database connection. Pop up says to raise a support request but then sent me to the community page where I apparently don't have permission to participate in and just want to resolve this and finish the download so I can try this out for my organization

The Org admin should install any new app. Please reach out to the Org admin so they can install it for you to test it.
