Confluence header is empty and no side bar

Hi,

My team has confluence on:

https://taucompling.atlassian.net/wiki/

and recently the header section is "empy", without a list of spaces or a create space button

In addition, the side navigation bar is missing.

This makes our confluence nothing less then unusable.

I don't know waht cause this...

I will appreciate help in solving this problem.

This would be something to raise in the Atlassian Support portal.

Please make sure that you file the ticket in the Atlassian On Demand project.

The engineers there can take a look at your isntance and tell you exactly what is going on.

There are a limited number of customizations that you can make in OnDemand. I would bet it has to do with some plugins being disabled. Either way the Engineers there will be able to take a look at your istance.
