Try creating the site in Incognito mode or a different browser, and use a different site name. Often, retrying after this works.

If it still doesn’t work, it’s best to contact Atlassian support.

Could you please try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, then attempt to create the site again?

If the issue still continues, try using a different internet connection, VPN, or even another device.

Have you tried the following?

* Clear your browser cache and try again
* Use a private browser window and try again
* Use a different browser app and try again
* If you are connected to a VPN, disconnect from the VPN and try again.
