Unable to find Cloud URL when submitting support ticket (2026-04-06)

Question

Hello,

I am trying to submit a support ticket to reactivate a Confluence administrator account, and I was asked to enter the site URL of our app.

However, when I enter the following URL, I receive an error message saying that the Cloud URL cannot be found:

[site URL removed for privacy]

The error message says:
"Sorry, we can't find this Cloud URL."

But I can access the site normally using the following URL:
[site URL removed for privacy]

Could you please let me know what format of site URL I should enter when submitting the ticket?

I think I’m starting to understand your point. But as @안휘찬  already mentioned, this looks like a case for Atlassian Support.
If the issue is about getting administrative access, then Atlassian needs to verify whether you are eligible for it.

That is not really something the Community can determine from the outside.

I need administrator access to the site at the URL below, but it is currently shown as "Unknown Site" and I cannot see any information about the administrator account
