I have access to all accounts for Jira etc but confluence doesnt all login even after valid login crredentials

Well the reason can be, that those accounts does not have Confluence App access.
but my colligue has access to confluence but not me
It's possible, that some users have access, some not.
Depends from permissions, granted by company administrator. You need to ask person, who is responsible for Jira/Confluence, in your company.
