Troubleshooting and Support Tools missing

Hello all

We have installed the new Security Patch Update 10.3.18 and can no longer use the Troubleshooting and Support Tools because it does not have any functions available under it. It has simply disappeared.
As an approach, I installed the latest version 2.15.0, but that did not work either.
