Currently i am having trouble adding some dns inside of my domain i added them but cloudflare removed the domain part can it be the cause of error?

Cloudflare shortening the name is probably not the actual problem. I would look more at wrong target value, proxied CNAME / flattening, or the record being created on the wrong hostname. Thats what mostly a problem.
But i did the copy past and for me there was no issue and even one of the other cname is recognized
