Manage Account - Showing less user

Question

Hi

Actually we have 500 users in jira software while setting up Manage Account using manual option, it has exported only 193 users

Can you please help to import remaining users.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I think it only exports active, licensed users or users within a specific directory/group, not all users in Jira.

I’d recommend checking if the missing users are:

inactive/deactivated

not assigned to the application

coming from a different directory or group not included in the export
