How do I add my company logo to the customer notification email template as part of a signature?

I did have it linked to an image held on our website, but this is no longer working. I can see the image in the rendered example, but when I send a sample email to myself, I can't see it.

In Notification Assistant for Jira, customer-facing notifications are set up as schemas that override the native JSM customer emails. You build templates in the drag-and-drop editor with image blocks for the logo, then bind them to JSM events like Issue Created or Comment Added on the customer portal channel.

Each project can use its own schema or inherit a global one, so the logo stays consistent across customer notifications without editing raw HTML.
