Whenever I see examples I see that the space between the knowledge base titles and the content is much smaller. I don't know if this is something that happened in the past but I have no idea how to return this to the default height. Any ideas how to fix this?

This is not a configuration issue but the design from Atlassian to display articles from confluence pages. I would recommend to raise an improvement or suggestion with them
