Log in issues

I have login issues to Jira: "does not have access to Jira on labelbox.atlassian.net." What should I do?

Welcome to community :)

The subscriptions seems active here but more of a product license issue. Please ask your admin to check this : https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-cloud/kb/users-can-not-log-in-to-their-instance/
Check if the users granted the correct Application Access to the instance.

A couple of questions:

* Did you you to have access to this site before? If yes, has something changed that you know of?
* Is your account managed by yourself or your organization?
* Are you the only one experiencing this issue?
* Which role to you have on that site / within that organization? User, Admin, ...?
* Do you know the Site Admin of that site?
