You use a "Free" product and you expected this to be there forever, nothing "Free" is really free.
Get one free commercials, don't get you a free product, unless you buy something along side with it.
Details are always in the finreprint.
So mentioning it being a "bad" product is not really the case here, but human misinterpretation, as many of us do if something mentions "Free".
