We are currently evaluating your Basic Premium Plan for our company and would like to clarify a few features before proceeding with the purchase.
Our team consists of 8 members, and we intend to use JIRA for task management and workflow tracking. We would like to confirm the following:
Task Privacy & Visibility
If I create a group and assign a task to a specific team member (for example, Employee X), can the system restrict visibility so that only Employee X can see that assigned task?
We want to ensure that employees can access only the tasks assigned to them and cannot view tasks allocated to other team members.
At the same time, as an Admin, I should be able to view all tasks assigned to all employees, including task status such as To-Do, In Progress, Under Review, and Completed.

Employee Performance & Efficiency Tracking
Does your system provide performance analytics or reporting features that allow us to evaluate employee efficiency on a weekly or monthly basis?
For example, can we track completed tasks, pending tasks, turnaround time, or productivity reports?
These features are important for our internal workflow management. If the above functionalities are available under your Basic Premium Plan (or any recommended plan), we would be happy to proceed with the subscription.
