Jira database sync issue happening frequently

Question

We are frequently encountering the “You're almost there” message stating that the database is taking longer than usual to sync. This issue happens quite often and is affecting our daily work and productivity.

Has anyone else faced this issue? Is there a permanent fix or recommended solution to avoid this?

Any help would be appreciated.

But this time i only have 8 users in the board currently, but still this has happened

They have provided the following reason

* Your site started on the Free plan (up to 10 users).
* Your subscription exceeded the Free plan limit and reached 12 users.
* This automatically triggered a Standard plan trial on January 5, 2026.
* When the trial ended, the site transitioned to a paid Standard plan.
* Because there was no successful payment, the subscription was deactivated.
