Regarding your login issue and the need to disable 2FA, please follow this concise guide:
With Key: Click "Can't use your mobile device" during login, enter your 24-character recovery key to access and disable it.
No Key: Click "Can't find your recovery key" to request a recovery email. A mandatory 24-hour wait is required for the login link.
Managed Account: Contact your IT admin to disable it for you via the admin console.
