Guest not accessible on action item @ list

Hey there, anyone run into an issue where a guest isn't listed on the mention list for action items? What's the remedy for this? TIA

Hi @Michelle O_Reilly

Guests can only access one space at a time, so I'd check if that's they have access in the given space (and necessary permissions).
