Request to reactivate my original site 'grode1485.atlassian.net'

kk Yoon

원래 사이트 URL: grode1485.atlassian.net 이메일: grode1485@gmail.com

Hello,

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

When you tried to reactivate you site did you find it listed in the Inactive list as described in this document?

https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/reactivate-a-subscription/

You can reach out to Atlassian directly about reactivation of a deactivated subscription by completing and submitting the form at this site:

Hello, I recently tried to reactivate the deactivated site grode1485.atlassian.net, but it seems a new site (kk-yoon.atlassian.net) was created instead.

I would like to recover the data and space from the original site, 'grode1485.' Can you help me reactivate the original site? I received the site deactivation notice on January 10, 2026, so I should be within the 60-day recovery period.
