How can I get access to Jira on ps-stla.atlassian.net.

Hi @Haykel Sallami

You need to reach out to an administrator of that instance to provide you access, or even the IT department of the company that owns this instance.

On the public forum we can't access instances, to make changes, neither will Atlassian Support give you just access to an instance.
