Configure a JIRA Report to see issues related

I've been looking for a report that shows all the issues related to another issue but I couldn't find anything. I would like to know if in JIRA is possible to configure or make a report, filter or a view where I could see and especific issue and all the issues related with the remaining and real time worked of each one. Or even if exists a plugin. Please HELP!

Sorry for my english, I suppose that the correct word is linked.

For example, if I create an issue type Story and then create two more issues type Bugs and then linked those issues like "blocks to" the Story.

I need a report that shows all the Issues type Story and all the information about the issues that blocks the Story. Like a hierarchy.

How are you defining that two issues are "related"?
