Why do my users not see the Created and Updated Date?

Hello! I can see the created and updated date on Jira issues, but my users only see 'Last week'. Our spaces are company managed spaces and schemes are shared across spaces.  How do I update so they can see the actual dates?

I checked permissions and they have access to Browse Projects and Issues so should be able to see the created and updated dates on the issue. 

See below to know what I am referring to (this is my view - my users only see 'Last Week' here).

Hi @Natalie Cotela By default, Jira shows relative dates (e.g. “Last week”) instead of the exact date/time.

To see the actual date and time, simply:

• Hover your mouse over the “Last week” text on the issue
• Click once on it

Jira will toggle the display and show the exact date and time (and you can click again to switch back).

There’s no permission or scheme setting required for this.
