I need to get the data for test run for each of the project. I am using JIRA-XRAY

1. Total no. of test run created for a project . I want the test run to get from Sub Test Execution only, not test execution.

2. From the total test run list, I want only the passed and failed execution status, executed between two specific dates.

3. from the list of test run, need to have the associated test case and weather the test cases an automated one or manual one for execution. and also the test cases is associated with number of test run with passed and failed status

Have you checked Xray Reporting Center and official docs? There are numerour out of the box reports that come with Xray, which you can use. I believe someone from our team did construct standard reports using these features, but I haven't dug into it that deeply.

As Xray is mainly run by using standard Jira functionalities > Test Executions, Test Plans, etc. are actually Jira work types, and in case these native Xray reports don't cover your requirements, you could probably build some customized reports and charts. 📊

But you could also reach out to the vendor directly and discuss this with them. Their support team can probably give you some insights and tips.
