How often can a backup be run for Jira Cloud Standard

Question

JIra Cloud's Manage Backups page (Standard version) is not allowing me to run daily backups 24 hours after a previous backup.

I was able to run a backup at 5pm on Tuesday.
At 5pm on Wednesday, when I clicked on Create Backup for Cloud button the following message displayed:

Export error

* Backup frequency is limited. You cannot make another backup right now. Approximate time until next allowed backup: 23h 36m

This would limit backups to every 2 days (48 hours).

Is this the correct behavior?

Backups that include attachments, avatars, and logos

* You can only create these once every 48 hours.
* For data‑only backups (no attachments), there’s no delay, and you can take it anytime
