How to opt out of atlassian's "promotional or marketing notifications"

Question

I see spam notifications for atlassian at the top of the Jira page.

"Tempo's Adaptive SPM vision | Watch the on-demand keynote with our CEO and CRO [Watch the Video]"

"If 2026 priorities shift but your people plan doesn’t, delivery suffers. See how leading teams stay proactive on January 14th. [Register Now]"

This is useless distracting noise to me.  I want to opt out of it.  How can opt out?

Thank you @Florian Fischer ,

A support ticket has been created. An engineer will contact you. We would need you site access to get full clarity on the promotional message you are seeing and accordingly check with our internal teams.

Thank you
