I have org admin rights but still do not have permissions to view storage. We recieved a message that we are near max storage so I wanted to either purchase more or see where I can reduce space, but cannot get to the storage area.

Do you see the literal text "Unknown Site" in the upper left corner, or did you manipulate the image to show that instead of the actual site name?
How exactly did you navigate to that screen? What app did you start in and what did you click each step of the way?
How did you confirm that you are an Organization Admin for the Organization under which the site exists?
