Rovo alignment with new navigation

I am finding Rovo has been somewhat useful in learning how to configure JSM. That said, I very frequently find that the Rovo answers are based on old product navigation and so are almost unusable. It seems like a defect. Is there a timeframe projected when Rovo will use knowledge of your current version/pattern to provide accurate navigation instructions ?

Yup .. Jira Navigation is something which has recently been updated and I hope Atlassian improves the Rovo Answers in this regard

Yeah... Rovo is mainly referencing official support documentation (which is also available in-product/app), together with your org knowledge if you have that enabled. That being said, there are still a lot of articles that may refer to old UI navigation.

If you do stumble upon those, you could provide feedback directly on the official article by using the button/link at the bottom:

Thanks @Ajay _view26_ I'll add that this isn’t a defect so much as a known limitation. Rovo is trained on a mix of historical and current documentation, and UI navigation changes roll out faster than training updates. There’s no published date for “version-aware” navigation responses yet. Best practice today is to ask Rovo for concepts and settings names, then verify exact clicks against the live UI.
