How do I get the data from my deactivated cloud subscription site?

My cloud subscription apparently lapsed and my jira projects/all data are going to be permanently deleted soon apparently. How do I fix this or get my data? I need my workflows/tasks.

I'm not sure - they gave me data deletion terms but I believe I'm in the data retention timeline so I followed up
