I do not have an option to create a space.

Hi @Katarina Cvetkovic , To create a space, a user’s account must have the Create Space global permission enabled.

You'll need to ask the Confluence admins at your company (probably IT team) to give you that permission, or ask someone who already has it to create the space for you.
