How to manage ITL change management in Atlassian?

@Cesar Suarez ITIL change management just calls for a process that documents the process change.  I would suggest creating a Jira Work Item that has a workflow to do this.  You Workflow might look something like this:

* Request Received (To Do)
* CCB Review (CCB)* Additional Information Needed / Evaluation (Evaluate)

* Approved or Denied* If Denied it is Closed with reason it was denied
* If Approved* Change is Scheduled (In Progress)
* Change is Implements (Implemented)
* Change is Validated and Documented (Resolved)
* Change is Closed (Closed)

This will provide you with the documentation you need as you implement changes to improve your processes.
