How to use Rovo to check for duplicate text on confluence sites

Hi everyone,

I'm creating a prototype to show my company, what we could achieve with JIRA/Confluence. For that, I want to create an automation to check all confluence sites inside a defined space for the same component ID (For example: scew123). If the same component ID is found on different sites, it would mean, two different teams work on the same component. To let them know that, the jira ticket that is linked on the confluence page, should be linked via "relates to"

I tried different thinks, but nothing got me close to a solution.

This cannot be fully automated using Rovo alone.

Rovo can read and summarize pages, but it can’t scan all pages in a space, compare duplicate text across pages, and then link Jira issues automatically.

Can Rovo do some of those steps? For example, just check different sites for duplicate text? It would be sufficent, if Rovo only would comment on a page, it it found a duplicate.

Rovo can help partially, but it cannot fully automate this use case.

Rovo can search for a specific text like scew123 and tell you which pages contain it, if you ask it directly. This is useful for manual checks or investigations.

However, Rovo cannot automatically scan all pages in a space, compare pages for duplicates, or auto-comment or link Jira issues when duplicates are found.

So the practical approach is to

Use Rovo to manually identify duplicate text across pages

Handle notifications or Jira linking manually or with custom integrations

But the full automation for this scenario is not supported yet.
