Thank you for the solution! I tried and it worked after a new task is created and being saved. But I would like the required items to be seen once I click on "+Create" and open a new page. Is there a way to do that?
Yes, it is quite similar with mine. But I didn't see a direct answer to meet my requirement.
Instead of Description field, you can use the "Custom field type" message and it should help show the message.
