The document for Maintenance Windows says what the normal maintenance window duration is.
If you are using a paid subscription, your administrators could try opening a support case directly with Atlassian. The maintenance might complete before you get a response.

As per the screenshot you shared, the instance is under a maintenance window. The maintenance window is typically a two hour window, which occurs daily between 1 a.m. and 3 a.m. in the timezone of the server of your Atlassian app.
