Problem integrating Slack with operations

Hello! I'm trying to create an integration between Slack and Jira so that when alerts are triggered in a channel, I can set up escalation routines and send notifications to the responsible people. However, whenever I go to operations -> Integration and try to connect to my workspace, I get the error below.

Yet, the ChatOps integration is added normally to the channel.

I need help understanding what's happening.

Might that your slack tenant doesn't allow this, check the Slack tenant for errors.

Check these options:

Jira Project Permissions and verify the atlassian-addons-project-access role has the required permissions.
Your user account has Project Administrator or Administer Projects permissions in the Jira project. You also need the Browse Projects permission
Make sure your user is an admin in the Slack workspace, Slack user account must be active, and the email address must be connected to your Jira account.

Hello... I will check these points. I have a question: my company is part of a group. Our emails are all from the same organization, however, we have a separate workspace from the larger group. Could this be one of the causes? Attached is a video that demonstrates this. Bemobi is the group, and Wave is our company. The Jira we use belongs to the Bemobi organization.

Understood... regarding permissions, I have admin rights in both softwares, and yet the problem continues.
