My tasks are not showing up in the backlog page if they are not in the In progress page

I updated my workflow to below - Screenshot 2025-11-26 144938.png

Now when I assign a the status of intake or Scheduled and assign a sprint in the list tab, it doesn't show up in the backlog tab. If I change it to from In Progress to Scheduled while I am looking at the backlog board, this is the error I get but I don't know how to change the filters so I can see everything assigned.

No, that is not the mapping of the statuses to columns on the board. You need to go into Board settings to see that.

I'm not able to find the board settings. All I see is "configure board" and when I click on that, it brings me to this. Screenshot 2025-11-26 155905.png
