Hello @Kristen Sala ! Did you check your spams or tash ? The verification codes are for Confluence only or other apps ?
Checked everywhere.
Just overall(any app) when I try to log in to Atlassian products.
I've been having this problem for a while now. Didn't think much of it because I was working on another project, but it is a problem now.
Do a simple test, doe it arrive when using a non company mailbox, like a personal mailbox?
Do you get the email?
