I update many issues, but I want create a filter that could build a group to contain all the issues I have update in the past week

Try this JQL!

updated >= -7d and issue in updatedBy("Chao Liu")

Execute that JQL, then save the search as a filter.

Of course, if your name isn't exactly Chao Liu, just change it to whatever it is.

Adjust the updated value to whatever you need. I picked "7d" as seven days, but "5d" might be enough.
