Dear community,
I started to integrate JSM to my small company with Free subscription. I have 9 customers who should send 2-5 requests each week in total. When I tried by myself everything was fine, now I have 9 registered accounts in the system (atlassian id). I set them in
jira-servicemanagement-customers-organisationname
and got a message from each "Couldn't send request. You don't have permission to create requests using this Portal"
In this case I had to set them into the jira-servicemanagement-users-organisationname
But, if there will be more than allowed by rules for free subscription I will hav to pay for each.
Please, help me to setup it properly?
Also, I add them to jira-users-organisationname just to test, but this is only for regular Jira Space.
