Estimate option is missing for issue

I have time tracking enabled, but still fail to see the option to estimate the amount of time/points an issue requires. Screenshot is attached.missing estimate field.jpg

Thanks Boris, this got me to the right place, but I also needed to expand the scope of how story points could be used.

Administration —> Custom Fields —> Story Points —> Configure —> Edit —> Issue Types = Any Issue Type.
