How do I see all the fields on a screen?

I would like to be able to see ALL the fields currently showing on a screen so I can make sure the ones I'm adding are in the right place. Right now, it says there are a bunch of fields that are locked and can't be changed that don't show...for example, due date. Is there a way to see what the screen will look like with all the fields on it so I can move things around to the order I want?

Hi Deseymour,

While you are on a screen, click on the Configure button at the bottom right of the screen. This will open the Work Item Layout screen and shows you the fields on the screen. The Description fields section is the section in the middle of the screen. Any paragraph type fields will be here, but you can also put other fields here. The Context fields section are the fields in the right hand side of the screen.

And finally the Hide When Empty section is for fields that will not show directly on the screen unless there is a value in them. However, if you are on the screen there will be a section on the right hand side after the Context fields that says Show more fields. If you click on that it will open to show the fields that are empty but are in that last section.

With a few limitations, you can drag the fields between the sections in this layout view and can drag fields up and down inside those sections to reorder them.
