Paul Greig · Answer

Hi Joey,

I've found the ticket, however I will need you to raise the ticket in support.atlassian.com, this allows me to confirm the OnDemand instance that has been affected.

jira.atlassian.comis for raising bugs and improvement requests, whereas support.atlassian.comis for support requests from customers.

Cheers,

Paul

I created a ticket the other day

Paul Greig · Answer

Thanks Joey,
I've not seen this behaviour before and would like to review the logs in your OnDemand instance. Could you raise a ticket is support.atlassian.com?
Once we have a solution I'll be sure to post back here incase someone else encounters this issue in the future.
Cheers,
Paul.
