As @Mohamed Benziane says, the cloud version of the Confluence is just 'the latest' one. To find out which version of Data Center you have, if you have Data Center, please check these instructions - https://support.atlassian.com/confluence/kb/how-to-determine-the-confluence-version/

Confluence Cloud is a SaaS product, so there’s no fixed version. Updates are rolled out continuously by Atlassian.
