how to stop the jira notification to project level users

Question

In our org,the users in project level getting all jira notifications,so we want to stop to them.please let me know the process to stop notifications.

Aha this is asa mentioned by @Paul Wiggers

Basically everything else. Notifications on product updates, new features, account integrations, etc. are all determined by Atlassian on a "need to know basis".

This can't be disabled.

You could ask Atlassian Support, if they can disable this on your instance?

Hello @Abilash ,

There are different notifications that you can configure, some settings that the user itself can configure, and some notifications that you have no say over.

Settings you can configure

* Go to your Space Settings > Notifications > Internal Notifications. There you can edit certain settings from the Notification Scheme
* You can directly change the Notification Scheme by going to the general Work Item Settings through the cog wheel > Scroll down > Notification schemes

Settings that the user can configure

Go to the cog wheel > Notification Settings. There the user can select how and what kind of notifications they want to receive

Settings that you can do nothing about

Thank you for your response. My context is that when users check in, they will receive notifications such as use the AI feature, Rovo chat, and so on for figuring out what settings we may disable.
