Are there any settings that allow for specific values ​​to be transferred from the original task's fields to the linked task? I'm copying a checklist to linked tasks, but only to one project. I don't understand why this only works for one project, and I need to remove it.

There's no automatic configuration that allows value transfer between tasks. You have to use automation for that
