Welcome to the Community!

Reach out to your site administrator. They could update your email address in the system and reset your access.
If you can't contact an admin, you’ll need to contact Atlassian Support.
Select the following:
- Account Login and Email Issue, and provide as more information as you can.
  Old Email, new email and etc.
