Hi @전승권

Welcome to the community.

As mentioned by @Sebastian Krzewiński community members can't do this for you.

Your Org admin needs to do this, see the documentation: remove-domains-and-products-from-your-organization

Hi @전승권 ,

Welcome to the community !!

I suppose your initial subscription was a free trial of the Premium plan, when the trial expired you would've been automatically changed to the paid version of the Premium plan.

This documentation provides the details on how to downgrade a subscription.

https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/manage-your-bill-for-standard-and-premium-plans/

Please Note that there are some of the functionality that you will no longer be able to use if you downgrade from the paid Premium plan to the Free plan

Hi @전승권

Atlassian community is not able to do anything with your sites.

Please raise request in Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com).
