Request to Restore Jira Account "jordanel.atlassian.net"

Question

Hello,
I received a notice that my account [jordanel.atlassian.net] will be deleted due to inactivity.
This account contains an important project, and I plan to resume work on it in about two weeks.
I kindly ask to stop the deletion process and restore my access to the account.

If your Atlassian site is scheduled for deletion due to inactivity, the best way to prevent it is to log in as soon as possible — even a single login activity usually resets the inactivity timer.

If the site is already in the deletion process or you can’t access it, you should contact Atlassian Support.
