with the help i am trying to get my account deleted - for over 30 minutes.
can you make sure klmtransavia-virtual is deleted?
all data is backupped.
with the help system i am NOT able to delete the account. the help isn't helpfull.

To remove the Atlassian account "klmtransavia-virtual," go to the Atlassian account management page (id.atlassian.com/manage-profile) after logging in first. To confirm deletion, select "Account preferences," scroll to "Delete your account," and then follow the instructions. You can recover the account if necessary during the 14-day grace period that follows deletion submission before it is permanently removed.

Can't!!you cannot delete your account, becauseuser is last illing admin of a transaction account that has one or more active entitlementsuser is last billing admin of a transactin account that has one or more non-cancelled subscriptions--- which i both don't hae ---
already seem to found the isse - with help of another unsatisfied trial user.it seems that jira itself upgrades to a paid plan - which I didn't select myself.
